JIJ / POLICIES & AGREEMENTS

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules protecting JIJ customers, infrastructure, software tools, and the public.

Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Version 2026.10.23

This revision expands the published service and information-handling explanations. Accepted orders and signed agreements remain relevant to the service purchased.

1. Where this applies

This policy covers hosting, email, domains and DNS under JIJ control, link pages and redirects, QR destinations, client tools, AI features, and communications using JIJ services. You are responsible for your content and activity and for people you authorize to use the account.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for your activity and comply with applicable law, service limits, and relevant third-party product terms.

2. Harmful, unlawful, and deceptive activity

Do not host, distribute, or link to malware, phishing, credential theft, scams, unlawful content, exploit delivery, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not impersonate another party, conceal a malicious destination, or use redirects or QR codes to evade a safety restriction.

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, unlawfully expose personal information, exploit minors, or facilitate abusive conduct. Content or behavior that creates an immediate safety or infrastructure risk may be restricted while it is investigated.

3. Access and security

Do not scan, attack, disrupt, or access systems without authorization. Do not bypass account permissions, quotas, verification, moderation, billing, or rate controls. Do not share a credential beyond the access approved for it.

Keep software, plugins, themes, and account access appropriately maintained. Report suspected compromise promptly. We may isolate a compromised service, require remediation, or restrict a risky integration to protect other clients.

4. Email, messaging, and automation

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spoof sender identities, mislead recipients, ignore required opt-outs, or run reputation-damaging campaigns. Obtaining a JIJ account or a telephone number does not establish the recipient consent needed for a campaign.

Automation and AI must stay within the authorized purpose, account permissions, and usage limits. You remain responsible for checking output and actions. Do not use an assistant to collect secrets, make deceptive claims, or automate harmful behavior.

5. Shared resources and product limits

Respect the storage, traffic, CPU, memory, mail, database, page, link, team, and other limits of your plan. Do not intentionally evade limits with duplicate accounts or use shared infrastructure for a workload it was not designed to support.

High-resource or disruptive workloads may require optimization, a suitable plan, or restrictions. We will assess actual impact and available options; purchasing a plan is not a promise of unlimited resources or suitability for every application.

6. Reports, review, and enforcement

Use a LinkStudio report link or contact support@jijweb.com with the affected URL, relevant facts, and safe evidence. Do not send credentials or unrelated sensitive records. Copyright-specific reports are covered by the DMCA Policy. A report does not automatically prove a violation.

Depending on severity and evidence, we may request information, warn, require corrections, restrict a feature, suspend access, remove content under our control, or terminate a service. Urgent threats may require immediate action. We may preserve relevant records or respond to valid legal process.

If you believe an action was mistaken, reply through the identified support channel with the case reference and relevant evidence. Restoration depends on review, remediation, provider constraints, and applicable law; opening a dispute does not authorize continued harmful activity.
